1000m Row

20 Wall Balls  (Male: 20lbs/9kg – Female: 14 lbs/6kg)
15 Toe to Bar

Individual, Master and Master+ have the same weights for the Wall Ball.

On 3.2.1 Go the athlete will row 1000m followed by 5 rounds of 20 wall balls and 15 toe to bar.

The time for 1000m row is the tie breaker time, please record it on the score sheet.

For the 20 wallball’s to count the athlete needs to squat below parallel, with the hip crease clearly below the knees and throw the Bbll on or above the designated target at 3 meters for the male and 2,7 meters for female athletes.

If the squat is not deep enough, the ball is not thrown high enough or does not hit the target, the rep will not count and needs to be repeated.

For the 15 toe to bar to count the athlete needs to start fully extended hanging on the Bar with feets clearly behind the bar. Both feet need to to touch the bar simultaneously between the hands.

The rep does not count if the athlete is not at a full hang, does not bring the feet behind the bar at the beginning of each rep or does not touch the bar with both feet simultaneously between the hands.

FAQ

Does the right time include rowing?

Yes, the total time to note includes rowing. So if you start the workout you start the clock and it stops when you finish the 5 rounds. It is the overall time. But, make sure to note the “tiebraker” time. Its the time you needed for the rowing.

Can I row up to 1000m or do I have to row down to 0m?

Yes, you can either row up from 0m to 1000m or down from 1000m to 0m.
